NST token

A dollar-backed receipt whose entire lending yield flows to the NST vault — a paycheck for the endowment, not a person.

The NST token (Network Support Token) is a one-to-one, USDC-backed receipt token. When a key holder deposits USDC, the token supplies that USDC to Aave to earn lending yield and mints the depositor an equal amount of NST. The backing is always one-to-one: the key holder can redeem their NST for USDC at any time, and the backing principal is never spent.

Its entire paycheck goes to the network. A permissionless harvest() — anyone can press it — withdraws only the accrued Aave yield (the balance above the backing floor) and sends one hundred percent of it to one welded, immutable destination: the NST vault. There it becomes permanent five-cause endowment principal. There are no legs, no splits, no minting on harvest, and no settable destination — the payout address is fixed at deploy and has no setter.

Deposit and redeem are keyed because, in this role, NST is an estate-only receipt holding the network's own backing (the same posture as the network's earliest dollar-backed tokens). If NST is ever opened to other people's deposits, the keys must be renounced first — that bright line is recorded in the build. The token is live on-chain and BaseScan-verified. This is a description of how the code is wired, not a promise of any return.
