CEN is the reserve token of the Crypto Endowment Network. At launch its entire supply was paired into liquidity and those positions were locked, so the liquidity backing CEN cannot be pulled out from under the market. See Locked launch walls.
There are twenty of these locked walls: fifteen pair CEN against the endowment tokens (one per flavor), and five pair it against major assets as hubs. The CEN/USDC hub is the canonical pricing pool for the token.
CEN is the pair asset for most of the burn-boost families as well — when a family's engine disposes of fees, it trades against a CEN pool. In this way CEN sits at the center of both the endowment legs and the impact engines.
