Chairs
Each chair is an endowed seat. "In split" chairs receive an equal slice of each distribution. A chair keeps its own corpus even if removed from the split.

Admin — hire & fire (founder only)
This panel does not move funds and does not sign any blockchain transaction. It records a
signed order (your wallet signs an intent) into a queue. The estate executes a queued order
only after your explicit word, with keys that never touch this server. Every action below is an order,
clearly marked “queued for execution.”
Hire a chair
Fire / adjust a chair
Firing removes the seat from the split — it never seizes a chair's own endowed corpus (that was gifted and stays, streaming only to its own pay-to).
I quit (the chair holder — resign your own seat)
Staff may resign freely. Connect your own wallet (the one your chair pays). You sign an
I-quit order — just a signature, not a transaction. The estate then: (1) claims out your
earned-to-date pay to you, and (2) vacates your seat. Your seat is never destroyed and its
principal is the system's — it stays and keeps earning while empty: an empty seat saves its
pay for whoever takes the job next — a month empty is a month's pay as their sign-on bonus.
No questions owed. (The signature is yours; the key that executes is the estate's — same as hire/fire.)
Your connected wallet does not currently hold any chair. (The quit tool only resigns a seat you hold — pay-to must match your wallet.)
Pending orders — queued for execution after the founder's word
